Key Females
We place a lot of emphasis on female functionality. We cull anything that doesn't have a calf regardless of figures. Below are some of the key cows in our herd that we believe reflects our breeding direction.
A high performance cow that has fantastic growth and temperament. We sold embryo's from T11 at the World Angus Frozen Ice Sale. She has two Pathfinder Tasmania Heifer calves that were born on the 19/08/25
We were lucky enough to have Udo Maine do an ET program and implanted 25 embryos from this cow in October 2025.
A Wattletop G188 daughter that includes Concenous and Gardens Highmark in the pedigree. Very good balance of calving ease, growth and carcase traits. She has produced an outstanding heifer in 2024 by Balrdridge Heatseeker and another excellent heifer calf in 2025 by Basin Jameson
We thought this heifer was visually good. when her genotype was added to the TACE analysis, her genetics matched what we see. Her feed efficiency is something that we are keen to work with. Combines Complement and G188 in the pedigree.
